Morton Street Village is an apartment complex with community space reserved for occupancy by individuals with an income ranging between 30% and 100% of the median income of the Boston area.
CICD, in partnership with Boston’s Planning Office for Urban Affairs, won a City of Boston Department of Neighborhood Development’s contract for the acquisition and development of two parcels of land at 872 Morton Street and Hopkins Street.
